Questions About the Questionnaire – 10 Answers

Why we ask so precisely – and how to complete the questionnaire comfortably.

Updated: September 2026

1. Why is the questionnaire so detailed?

So the agency can write a precise proposal without follow-up questions. Every missing answer later costs a call or leads to a vague price. A precise brief saves you and the agency days.

2. How long does it take?

About 10 minutes for a single service, 20–30 minutes for a comprehensive package with several services. You can pause at any time.

3. Can I take a break?

Yes. Your answers are saved automatically in your browser as you type. Close the window and continue later – you'll return to the step where you left off.

4. Can I continue on another device?

Yes. Use «Save answers as file» and load the file on the other device with «Load answers from file».

5. Can I prepare the questionnaire with my team?

Yes. «Questions as PDF» lets you print or save all questions, discuss the answers with your team and enter them online afterwards.

6. Why are there required questions and a minimum length?

Because agencies can only quote seriously with clear information. The free-text answers with a minimum length make sure goals and requirements are described in your own words – the most important input for a good proposal.

7. What if I can't answer a question?

Choose the closest option or «Not defined yet». In the last step, «Anything else?» lets you add whatever is unclear.

8. What is the essential kit?

The items every startup needs: positioning, logo with variants, colours and fonts, mini style guide, business cards, letter template, email signature, domain and email, landing page, legal pages, Google Business Profile and social media images. One click ticks them all.

9. What does the price in the questionnaire mean?

The price box shows a non-binding guide value for the items you ticked, excl. VAT, printing, production and third-party costs. The agency quotes the exact price.

10. Can I add services later?

Yes. List everything you'll foreseeably need, even if it is implemented later. Further wishes you discuss directly with the agency.

4. Budget & timing

The two questions that decide whether an agency can help you.

Payment models you are open to

Would you be willing to pay part of the fee in company shares (equity)? Some agencies work with startups partly in exchange for a stake – this can lower the cash amount. Whether it is possible is always up to the agency.

How would you like to pay? Some agencies also accept cryptocurrencies – please tell us so we can match you with a suitable agency.

Which cryptocurrencies could you pay with?Only if crypto is possible – tick all that apply.
